Official monitoring add-on when a single-trip needs low-impact monitoring for bridge crossings: “First Bridge: $150.00 Second Bridge: $100.00 Each Additional Bridge: $50.00 Maximum Monitoring Fee: $750.00.” That is adjacent, not the general headline.

Example, not a quote: 100 assumed miles at the printed $0.04 per ton-mile on 20 excess tons is $20.00 + $80.00 = $100.00. The desk runs its own miles. We do not take origin or destination.
